The former bishop of the Diocese of Albany, Bp. Howard Hubbard, was recently accused of sexually abusing a 16-year-old in the 1990s. According to the lawsuit, between 1994 and 1998, “Father Bondi and Bishop Hubbard were employed by the Diocese, they used their positions as priests to groom and to sexually abuse plaintiff.” This isn’t the first time that Bp.
