Doctors Without Borders (AKA: Médecins Sans Frontières) promotes both contraception and commits abortion and therefore earns a “Not Safe” designation on our Charities Reports list.
Doctors Without Borders explicitly stated its position on abortion in 2017 while also protesting the Mexico City Policy:
“It is MSF’s policy to provide contraceptive and safe abortion care as part of its response to women’s and girls’ health needs. The treatment of abortion-related complications and the termination of pregnancy to save a woman from life-threatening complications are part of all MSF obstetric care.”
Furthermore, Doctors Without Borders has a lengthy article promoting “safe” abortion with several videos promoting the direct killing of innocent human babies. 
The article goes on to claim that Doctors Without Borders in 2019 committed “21,437 safe abortions, using either medications or a simple outpatient procedure.”
Conclusion
Doctors Without Borders is spreading contraception and both promotes and commits abortion. Because of Doctors Without Borders’ work to promote and commit these grave moral evils, no Christian could ever, in good conscience, support, provide funds or a clean image for this organization.

I am curious. The idea/mission of Doctors without borders is a good one: to help the poor in third world with medical care, but the other issues does make it immoral. Are there Catholic organizations which do similar things which I can support. Is there a catholic version of Doctors without borders?

Sad to hear this new about Dr.’s w/out borders. Also if any Protestants on here, Lutheran Social services like Catholic social services both get $$$ from the Federal Government to assist with all left-wing causes
