South Baltimore Community Land Trust The South Baltimore Community Land Trust (SBCLT) received its first-ever national CCHD grant in 2021.  It has received a total of four grants, including its most recent grant of $25,000 for the 2024-2025 grant cycle, for a total of $170,000.At issue is that the SBCLT was co-founded by a Socialist.
